Extreme Custom's Product Order Policy covers Products sold by Extreme Customs LLC. no matter if you purchase products and services from our websites, send payment by mail, transfer payment electronically, or when you place an order with a sales associates by phone. |

Order Payment-Shipping Terms |

If you purchase your product(s) with a credit card or Pay-Pal we will only ship the product(s) to the billing address (the address where your credit card statements come) of the credit card account, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need us to ship it to an address other than the billing address please call the number on the back of the credit card that you are going to use and add a secondary address (this will be the address where you want us to ship the product(s) and then we will be able to ship to that address.

Some items you will find on our web site are Not Refundable. This is because these items are Built on Demand or Our suppliers have this Policy in place. We do our best to advise you in advance when a item is Non-Refundable, but if you want to be sure ask before you buy.

Pricing & General Errors |

Extreme Customs, LLC is not responsible for pricing errors published on any of it`s websites. Extreme Customs reserves the right to cancel and refund, if necessary, any order without charge to the purchaser.
Examples of order cancelations without charge to the customer:
- If there is a pricing error, a product that would normally be $200 was listed and purchased for $20.
- If an item is shown “In Stock” on any of our websites and it turns out that it is Out Of Stock.

Refusing Shipment |

If you refuse shipment(s) YOU WILL BE charged a 20% restocking fee, all shipping charges to you, and then all shipping charges for the product(s) back to us. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. You will be credited back this amount AFTER the product(s) are returned and inspected by us. (FOR EXAMPLE: If you were charged $950 for your product(s) and shipping charges to you are $50 you will be credited back 20% of $950 ($950-$190=$760) and then you will then be charged $50 for shipping the product(s) to you, and then an additional $50 for the return shipping charges back to us. (TOTAL PURCHASE: $1000. $1000-$190-$50-$50=$710 credit back to you). If you ordered a wheel/tire package and we mount and balance them you will also be charged $18 PER WHEEL/TIRE (4 x $18 = $72) so ($710-$72=$638)).
